Refund policy

• Any item ordered from our online store can be exchanged if you receive the wrong design, wrong color, or wrong size. In these cases, the exchange will be free of cost.
• If you receive the correct size, color, and design but still want to exchange it, a Rs. 250 delivery charge will apply, payable through Cash on Delivery.
• Used products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Sale items cannot be exchanged.
• If you want to return an item, 30% will be deducted from the product price, and the delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
• Exchanges/returns can be handled at our physical store during 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
